À une seconde du record charente de Yoann Rivière. 42 points à la clé. Dans la même course, Gabin Gerbou marque également 40 points, avec un record porté à 2:44.73. Et pour la première fois de sa jeune carrière, Capucine Orain, malgré un vent négatif (-1.4) réalise une performance de 40 points sur 200 m haies. Avec un chrono porté à 31.06. Elle améliore aussi son record sur 80 m (10.66 avec -1.7). Record personnel également pour Clémence Yonnet sur 1000 m, avec une course bouclée en 3:19.23. Record également pour sa soeur Cyrielle, qui boucle son 2000 m en 7:32.87. 39 points à la clé. Zoé Durieux a propulsé son marteau à 36.29 m. Yassine Bellakher a profité d'un 120 m pour travailler sa vitesse. 14.91 à la clé. Il y ajoute un chrono de 28.11 sur 200 m haies. Victor Dutriat s'est envolé à 3.35 m à la perche.
