Anything. system May 22, 2011, 1:20pm 6 Are there any minidumps/memory dumps from the BSODS?I presume avast would like to look at them.C:\Windows\Memory.dmp or C:\Windows\mindump\ pk May 22, 2011, 3:19pm 7 RJK3, thanks for info - we know about this bug and we’d like to ask you if you can compress (rar/7z) \Windows\memory.dmp file and upload on our ftp. We have to look at this in more detail. Thanks. system May 22, 2011, 4:16pm 8 Thanks for your reply Scott and pk. Unfortunately no minidump was generated. I checked before running system restore (was getting the “You must close dialog boxes before you can close event viewer” error), and to make sure I wasn’t crazy did a deep scan with Recuva afterwards.Page file is 4gb, debugging info is on defaults no services are disabled that could affect it. system May 22, 2011, 9:27pm 9 I’ve had the same problem - Avast automatically performed an update (I assume, as my laptop asked me for confirmation earlier) and when I came back to my computer I had the same BSOD and now have the update error. Unfortunately I cleared the minidump folder before looking for solutions, is there anything else that may be of use?The larger problem however, is I am unable to access the real-time shields interface. Windows Action Center is alerting to me that I don’t currently have AV protection. system May 22, 2011, 11:01pm 10 Will just have to uninstall it, use the Avast uninstall tool, then reinstall. system May 24, 2011, 7:13pm 11 I’m also getting a windows crash / blue screen in aswsp.sys. For me it only happens when debugging minidump files in Visual Studio 2010 and is 100% reproducible.I uninstalled Avast and the crash went away.I reinstalled Avast and upgraded to the newest version and got the crash again. Here’s the windows minidump file: running Windows 7, 64-bit

OverviewBlueScreenView is an excellent tool for administrators and interested users who are experiencing the dreaded “blue screen of death” signifying a Windows operating system that has failed again and needed to restart. The application will search through the minidump information that is created by Windows during a crash process. It will pull out the minidump file name, the data and time of the crash, the bug check code and its four parameters which can help isolate the true cause of the problem. In addition, the software can also pull up the module or software driver that is believed to have caused the crash in the first place and display its file name, product name, file version and a description of the file. The application itself will display a list of previous known crashes in the first pane with all the relevant minidump information. The user can select the crash they are interested to learn more about and view the device driver information in the second pane. The drivers believed to be the problem are marked in the second display. When selecting a dump file, the package will display the complete blue screen of death as it was display quickly before the system went down. This provides a good reminder but also maintains the same visual which makes it more comfortable for users to work with and figure out what is causing the problem. Because each minidump-logged crash is shown in date order, it is alsoGitHub - rust-minidump/minidump-debugger: An experimental

Breakpad provides:a tool for creating symbol files from your object files (dump_syms)the ability to detect and record crashes via compact minidump files (crash handler)a tool for generating human readable stack traces by using symbol files and crash minidump files.Countly provides the sdk_native Android library to add crash handler to your native code and create crash minidump files. The SDK will check for those minidump files and send them automatically to your Countly server upon application start. You would download sdk_native from the MavenCentral repository and include it in your project, similar to how you included our SDK (please change the LATEST_VERSION below by checking our Maven page, currently 23.8.3):// build gradle filerepositories { mavenCentral()}dependencies { implementation 'ly.count.android:sdk-native:LATEST_VERSION'}Then call our init method as early as possible in your application life cycle to be able to catch crashes that occur during initialization:import ly.count.android.sdknative.CountlyNative;CountlyNative.initNative(getApplicationContext());getApplicationContext() is needed to determine a storage place for minidump files.SymbolicationYou may create Breakpad symbol files yourself and upload them to your Countly server using our UI. They will be needed to create stack traces from minidump files. Countly also developed a Gradle plugin to automate this process. To use the upload plugin in Studio, you first need to include it:Automatic symbol file uploadplugins { id "ly.count.android.plugins.upload-symbols" version "24.4.1"}If you have root level gradle file and want to enable the plugin for sub-projects, add apply false to the end of the lines. And in sub-projects add it to plugins block without version part.// in root level gradle fileplugins { id "ly.count.android.plugins.upload-symbols" version "24.4.1" apply false} // in sub-project gradle fileplugins { id "ly.count.android.plugins.upload-symbols"}If you do not have plugins block in sub-projects, you can add them via:apply plugin: ly.count.android.plugins.UploadSymbolsPluginThen you will need to configure a Gradle Countly block for the plugin:countly { server " app_key "YOUR_APP_KEY" }Next,Open MDMP Online Free - Windows Minidump Viewer - Docpose

I keep getting a BSOD and after analysing the minidump it turns out to be Punkbuster everytime. I'm running the game on a new Dell XPS 630 (quad core 6600, 2.4 ghz and 800GT card) with Windows XP.BSOD errors are "page fault in a non page area" and "IRQL not less or equal")Anyone else having this problem -- and is there a solution?cheers, all Do you have a program like rivaTuner? punkbuster can think this is some sort of hacking program so upgrade or uninstall it and that may help Hey Astroglobe. I got exactly the same problem here and... the same computer.:cry I tried with Evenbalance support. They gave me some instructions but anything works. Did you found any solution? :yum Hi YakuHave you analyzed the minidump through the Microsoft debugger? I just want to make sure you are having a problem with Punkbuster and not another issue with the XPS 630. I had two separate problems playing COD 4 when I first got the system. The first was a persistent BSOD that turned out to be a driver issue with the optical driver. Once I updated the driver this problem was eliminated. Then I got a series of fairly intermittent BSODs that were due to Punkbuster (I ran the minidumps through MS debugger after reading a step by step on Major Geeks for which I thank them :cool) There will also be an Event Viewer ID which should be numbered 1003.I then updated all the graphics drivers on the 8800 GT and then re-installed COD4 and added all the previous patches to the game.So far so good...I haven't had another BSOD so I'm keeping fingers crossed, hope this helps and that you're trying to enjoy the 630 (which is an awesome if flawed product)cheers, AG :wave Absolutely sure, punkbuster is the problem: Offline Crash Diagnostic for Windows XPsystem mini-dump file analysis results Bucket ID : 0x50_PnkBstrK+2acaMy ticket submited to Evenbalance:YAKU:I'm having BSOD while playing Call of Duty(R) 4 - Modern Warfare Multiplayer: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA 0x10000050 (0x81a35008, 0x00000000, 0x80506e34, 0x00000000). Anything. system May 22, 2011, 1:20pm 6 Are there any minidumps/memory dumps from the BSODS?I presume avast would like to look at them.C:\Windows\Memory.dmp or C:\Windows\mindump\ pk May 22, 2011, 3:19pm 7 RJK3, thanks for info - we know about this bug and we’d like to ask you if you can compress (rar/7z) \Windows\memory.dmp file and upload on our ftp.
