Those folders (and a few others) are now protected by Windows.Run the sounds installers but select, say, "C:/Sounds/IK Multimedia" or "C:/Sounds/IK Multimedia/SampleTank 3" (or another disk entirely). You may need to create that folder first, I do not know.
