Pretty sure that if you disable Secure Boot you will be able to boot from USB-based optical media again. I am pretty sure the same issue is behind your USB flash drives not wanting to boot. They need to provide a key to the UEFI to be allowed to boot in Secure Boot mode. If installing 64bit Windows 10 or Windows 8 the USB Flash drive must have a bootmgr.efi or SOME sort of ".EFI" file at the directory root. Otherwise on a secure boot enabled system with CSM off I don't think they will be allowed as boot options.
